3. Telephone Outreach and Do-Not-Call

Calls are placed by Fabrics, Inc. Sales Representatives during standard business hours in the recipient’s local time zone. Our representatives identify themselves and Fabrics, Inc. at the beginning of every call and state the reason for the call.

We add the request to our internal do-not-call suppression list and remove the number from all future outbound calling campaigns. This suppression is permanent and applies across all Fabrics, Inc. calling programs.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Fabrics utilizes native Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics, including Microsoft Foundry, solely to evaluate system telemetry and identify resource usage patterns for capacity optimization.

To protect customer data and ensure system security, our use of analytical intelligence strictly adheres to the following principles:

No Third-Party AI Models: We do not route customer data through external Large Language Models (LLMs) or third-party AI processing platforms.
Zero External Data Exposure: All telemetry data stays strictly within the secure Azure trust boundary and our isolated Fabrics tenant context. Your data is never extracted, shared or used to train public models.
Isolated Execution: Our predictive models operate completely separate from our cloud execution system. Analytical models cannot execute commands or make infrastructure changes independently. All platform actions remain deterministic, policy-driven and strictly bound by your configured permissions.
